Inaugurated in 1933 by Mr. Huang Suchu, a renowned industrialist, Wenzhou University has merged and integrated 6 schools in its development and progress. WZU is among the first batch of state-approved Chinese Language and Culture Education Base, designated by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE) to accept Chinese Government Scholarship students, and is authorized to accept overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Overseas students applying to study at WZU can apply for Chinese Government Scholarship, Confucius Institute Scholarship, Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship, and Wenzhou University Scholarship for International Students.

Founded in 1928, Anhui Normal University is the oldest institution in Anhui University. With its location in Wuhu City which is well-known as a land of fish and nested in the southern bank of the world famous Yangtze River. ANU is widely acknowledged as Anhui Provincial People's government and the Ministry of Education jointly build university, the national Midwest university basic capacity construction project university. Besides, ANU is also a provincial key comprehensive university built by the provincial government of Anhui province and belongs to Local High level University project in Anhui province.

The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE), founded in 1951, is a multi-disciplinary and national key university with economics, management, law, literature and science as its core academic areas of expertise. Chang’an University, or CHD, is a national key university. Under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education, it is listed under Project 211, Project 985 Innovation Platform, and Double First-Class Project of China. Located in Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, CHD has two campuses and three training bases, with a total area of 250 hectares.

Located in the historic city of Xi'an, cradle of Chinese civilization and terminus of the ancient Silk Road, Northwestern Polytechnical University (NWPU) is the only multidisciplinary and research-oriented in China that is simultaneously developing education and research programs in the fields of aeronautics, astronautics, and marine technology engineering. It is now affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Since the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC), NWPU has always been one of the nation’s key universities. In 1960 it was approved as a state key university by the State Council. It ranked among China’s top 15 universities in the state’s 7th and 8th Five-Year plans; and NWPU is one of the first 22 universities to have established a graduate school. It was one of the first universities to enter into the 211 Project in 1995 and the 985 Project in 2001. NWPU is a member of the 'Outstanding University Alliance' program and is honored as a National Role Model Unit, a National Pioneer for Optimal Advanced Basic-level Party Organization and a Model University for Graduate Employment etc. NWPU adheres to the motto ‘Loyalty，Integrity，Courage and Perseverance’ while carrying forward the spirit of ‘Strong Preparation，Diligent Effort，Practical Attitude，and Creative Innovation’. Shanghai Business School (SBS), formerly East China Branch of Tax Administration School of the Central Government, is a 70-year-old school under the direct auspices of Shanghai Municipal Government. Sticking to the polices of keeping pace with the times and bringing forth new ideas for the last seven decades, Shanghai Business School has graduated tens of thousands of well-qualified political and economic leaders at all levels both at home and abroad.

Shanghai University of Engineering Science was established in 1985, based on the Mechanical and Electrical Branch of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the Branch of Shanghai Institute of Chemical Technology (incorporated into Mechanical and Electrical Branch of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1984), and Branch of Shanghai Textile Institute of Technology (renamed as East China Textile Institute of Technology in 1980). In 2003, the Shanghai Technician School (founded in 1951) was merged into Shanghai University of Engineering Science.

Ningbo University of Technology (NBUT) was founded in 1983 by Ningbo Municipal Government，it covers an area of 1,055,672 square meters and comprises Cuibai Campus, Fenghua Campus and Hangzhou Bay Campus. The University boasts 10 subordinate schools, 42 undergraduate specialties, 790 full-time teachers of whom 71 with professorship, 258 with associate professorship and 310 with doctorate degrees, and it currently has 13,470 full-time undergraduate students.
