For LUCAS International students, all your applications will be completed online by yourself or with the assistance of our staff. There are four major steps for online application, which are
1. Fill online application form
2. Upload application documents
3. Make payments to submit your application
4. Track admission status
Here below are the full explanations for each step.
Step 1. Complete Online Application Form
The first step is to fill the application form online. Please complete the following items:
A. Personal Details
Please ensure the personal information you fill in is true and correct, especially your contact (Phone number & Email) and home address.
B. Education
You are required to provide the information for all your pass education experience, such as the school name, duration(from-to-), study filed, degree obtained, etc.
C. Language Proficiency
You may be asked to provide language proficiency(Chinese/English)tests. Some Chinese-taught degree programs may require HSK Level 3-6, while some English taught programs may require IETLS or TOFEL Results if you are neither a native English speaker nor English medium student in your previous school
D. Employment
Please click “add new employment record” to clarify your work experience and your current post if any.
E. Financial supporter
Please state the source of financial support for your study in China, like the name, contact, ID/Passport No. and address of your sponsor for study in China.
F. Family Background
You will be asked to provide general information(Full name, contact number, email, ID/Passport No.) about your family members. Please note the required information will only be used by your future university for your application.
G. The Emergency Guarantor
The emergency guarantor will be in charge of your case in China if the university or other institution can not contact with you in some very urgent situations. Make sure all information provided are real and valid.
H. Declaration
Make sure all information filled are real and valid.
Step 2. Upload Required Documents
According to the university’s admission criteria, you are required to upload photocopies of required application documents.
What photocopies of the documents to upload?
Ø Photocopy of valid passport
Ø Passport-sized photo
Ø Blank pages of your passport
Ø Certificate/diploma of highest education
Ø Academic transcript of highest education
Ø Letter of guarantee
Ø Physical Examination Record (Medical form)
Ø Police Clearance/No-criminal Record
Ø Certificate of HSK /Results of IETLS or TOEFL
Ø Others
You may be asked to upload more documents depending on each university’s requirements.
Step 3. Pay fees to submit application
This section allows you to make payment and submit your application to the university. Please make payments accordingly in order to submit your application to the university you apply for.
University application fee is collected by LUCAS International on behalf which ranges from 60-150 USD, while processing fee is charged to process your admission and for the operation and maintenance of LUCAS International.

Step 4. Track Admission Status
How to go to “Track Admission Status”?
The part of Track Admission Status can only be available for you when you have completed the first three steps and you can check in your LUCAS International Account.
