Hello everyone, my name is Kim Roy (金路彝), and I come from Seoul, South Korea. I completed three years of secondary education at Dream School. During these three years of diligent study, I acquired substantial knowledge, strengthened myself physically, and received awards such as Perfect Attendance, First Place in the English Speech Contest, and the Excellence Award in Mathematics. Beyond academics, I actively participated in various extracurricular activities, including the Basketball Club and the Reading Interest Group.

I am an individual with an open mind. For instance, when approaching a problem during my studies, I strive to analyze it from multiple perspectives to find the optimal solution. I enjoy contemplating ideas and occasionally have inspired insights. Among all my high school subjects, Mathematics is my favorite, as solving problems brings me immense joy.

I served as the Vice President of the high school student council, an experience that honed my leadership and organizational skills. Together with fellow council members, we successfully organized school events like the Arts Festival and Sports Day. I also actively engaged in volunteer activities, such as delivering coal briquettes for heating assistance to underprivileged seniors during winter, and participating in autumn leaf-raking and environmental beautification projects. Through these experiences, I gained a deep appreciation for the compassion and respect essential in human relationships. During holidays, we organized summer camps with American students, which included collaborative English learning, robotics projects, 3D printing workshops, and computer programming activities. For the annual Arts Festival in November, I participated in dance performances and choir. During our subject-based field trip to Jeju Island, I gained valuable practical knowledge and experience in history and geography.

I am deeply grateful to LUCAS International for their exceptional assistance in securing my admission to the Beijing Institute of Technology and, fortunately, obtaining a scholarship.
