Admission Qualifications

1. For programs taught in Chinese, applicants should achieve no less than 180 for HSK Level 4. Students who want to transfer to programs taught in Chinese should provide a HSK4 certificate within the specified time for application.

2. For programs taught in English, applicants should be English speakers and graduates from senior high schools for English speakers(mother language or official language). Otherwise English proficiency certificates such as IELTS 5.5 and TOFEL 60 are required.

3. For medical programs, applicants should achieve 80% or more of the full marks in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology in the previous stage.

4. A Chinese language applicant should be under 25 years old.

5. A bachelor degree applicant should be younger than 25 years old with a high school diploma and an outstanding academic performance; if an applicant already has a junior college or college diploma and wants to pursue a bachelor degree in USC, 30 is the cap of the age requirement.

6. A master's degree applicant should be under 35 years old and must have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent recognized by the Chinese government.

7. A doctoral degree applicant should be under 40 years old and must have a master's degree or the equivalent recognized by the Chinese government.
