There are two options of accommodation for international students studying at Chashan campuses of Wenzhou University

1. On-campus accommodation at International Students Apartment: The International Students Apartment, also known as Expert Building (专家楼, Zhuan Jia Lou) on the South Campus of Wenzhou University is a hotel-style accommodation site for international students. It is nicely located in the center place of the South Campus and across the road is a beautiful river zigzagging through the campus. There are catering facilities located on the first floor of the building and also in the building behind it. A variety of catering options are available at those dining venues.

2. Off-campus residence: For international students who have been studying in Wenzhou University for more than a year, they also have the option of living at off-campus rental accommodation facilities from the second year on.
