East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) provides comfortable accommodations for international students in Xuhui Campus. All the rooms are equipped with bathroom, air conditioner, refrigerator, Internet access, bedding sets, etc. Each dormitory building has public laundry rooms and kitchens. 

Shared Facilities：Laundry rooms and kitchens

Room Facilities：A private bathroom, internet access, air-conditioner, fridge, basic furniture, bedding sets, etc.

1、Students should pay the accommodation fee for at least one semester.

2、Changing rooms or checking out during the semester is not allowed

3、By the end of every semester, students can apply for the accommodation of next semester and prepay the accommodation fee.

4、Residents must obey all rules and regulations during their stay on campus.

5、Students can contact LUCAS International for dorm reservation before arrival.

ON-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION

According to the law of PRC, international students will have to register within 24 hours since check-in with admission notice and passport to get Registration Form of Temporary Residence.

Registration Venue:  Financial Office, College of International Education of ECUST, Room 107, Chenyuan.

Working Time: 08:30-11:30，13:30-17:00 (Mon.-Fri.)

OFF-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION

International students who live off campus need to register and get the Registration Form for International Students Living off-Campus. You can get the registration form from the Admission Office of CIE in advance. Afterwords, please proceed to the local police station with passport, rent contract, and the mentioned form to make accommodation registration and get the Registration Form of Temporary Residence within 24 hours after moving in (or moving into a new place) by the law of PRC.

Please keep the Registration Form of Temporary Residence safe for residence permit application or visa changing/extending use.
